Pricing

What do I get for free?

One designated free gift each month. We are constantly making changes to keep our products fresh and to give you the best options for every season and occasion. So we make a different gift free every month.

What do I pay for?

You just pay for shipping of your free gift—and, of course, for gifts other than this month’s free gift.

How often can I order a free gift?

You can order one free gift each and every month. Your free gift count resets at midnight Pacific Time on the 1st of every calendar month. Historically quality personalized gifts have been pricey, but our goal is to make our customizable products affordable for everyone to celebrate memories and life events on a monthly basis.

Delivery

When will my recipient receive the gift I have ordered?

Your gift will typically arrive in about a week. More specific information is provided at checkout and depends on the product ordered and the shipping address you specify.

Do you post to international destinations?

No, not at the moment. But we hope to soon!

Do you ship to PO boxes, US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO?

Unfortunately not at this time. FreePrints Gifts may only be shipped to a US address or PO Box.

Using the Application

FreePrints Gifts does not have access to my photos on my device. How do I enable access?

iPhone or iPad: Open the Settings app, and then tap Privacy, Photos, FreePrints, and tap All Photos.

Android:  Open the Settings app, and then tap Apps, FreePrints, tap Files and media, and select Allow access to media only. 

A small triangle with an exclamation point is appearing on my gift. What does that mean?

Your photo is too small and may appear fuzzy or blurry when printed. We suggest you replace it with a higher-resolution photo.

Miscellaneous

What if I or my recipient is not happy with the gift I have designed?

Our customers love how their gifts turn out. But if by some chance you are not 100% thrilled, we will be happy to provide you with a complete refund.

Do you include pricing information on your packing slip?

No, we do not.
