Chat is available 24 hours a day with no wait times. To start a chat, simply launch the app and tap the Menu icon in the upper-left corner of the Home screen, then tap Help.

You can also manage your orders directly from self-service tools in your account, including:*

• Preview your order
• Check an order’s status
• Update your recipient address
• Cancel an order
• View your order’s invoice
• Reorder
